Terms of service
1. What we do
Owners Place designs and hosts a welcome page for your holiday property. Each page lives on its own subdomain of owners.place (for example your-villa.owners.place). We build the page for you and keep it online for as long as your subscription is active.
2. Pricing
Our published plans are:
- Monthly — €19 per month.
- Annual — €190 per year.
- Custom — price on request, for a custom domain, multiple properties or bespoke sections.
Prices are shown at the plan you choose. Any custom work is quoted and agreed with you before we start.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — your page stays online until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. Your content
The text, photos and other material you provide about your property remain yours. You keep full ownership of your content, and you can ask us for a copy or ask us to take the page down at any time. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you send us.
5. Availability
We host your page on reliable infrastructure and aim to keep it available at all times, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis and do not offer a guaranteed service level (SLA). We may carry out maintenance, and occasional downtime can happen.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of S‑Qube Technologies GmbH, Switzerland.
