How we handle your data · last updated 19 July 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with Owners Place (owners.place) is:

Company S‑Qube Technologies GmbH
Registered office Obere Bänklen 9, CH‑8802 Kilchberg (ZH), Switzerland
UID CHE‑153.437.465

2. What data we process

We only process the data you choose to send us through the request form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, country and the property details you describe. We use this data for one purpose: to read your request and reply to you about a welcome page for your property.

We do not process this data for any other purpose, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

3. Legal basis

Where the EU GDPR applies, we process this data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. If you decide not to proceed, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

4. Email delivery

Your request reaches us as an email. We use Mailgun, an email delivery service, operating in its EU region, to transmit these messages on our behalf as a processor. No other third party receives your data.

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party trackers or advertising networks. We count visits with a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that uses no cookies, stores no personal data and keeps aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrer, browser type, country) on our own infrastructure — nothing is sent to any third party. Visitors with the “Do Not Track” browser setting enabled are not counted at all. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own infrastructure. Nothing about your visit is shared with or sold to anyone.

6. Hosting and data location

The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by DigitalOcean in a data center located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

7. Retention

We keep the emails generated by your request as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they remain relevant to our exchange or as required by applicable retention obligations, and we delete them afterwards. You can ask us to delete your correspondence sooner.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@owners.place to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We may update this policy if the website or the applicable law changes. The version published here is the current one.
